Where does Pethaven ship?

Pethaven ships all around the Philippines. Standard local shipping is P150 for orders of any size.  Please email us for express shipping quotes.  We can arrange this via courier for you – hello@pethaven.shop.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping anywhere in Philippines is P150 per order and free for orders over than P1,500.00. Express shipping is P175.  We ship using local couriers.  You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.  Signatures are require so please leave a note with your order if you’d like it to be left without a signature.

Shipping to Luzon and Mindanao is a flat rate of P150.

Standard international shipping with tracking will vary.  Please contact us so we can arrange your shipping

How long will it take my order to arrive?

All Philippines deliveries are sent via local Courier.  Deliveries will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed (or the next business day). Signatures are required on delivery unless you specify otherwise in the notes section or via email (hello@bondiwash.com.au).  Generally Philippine orders will arrive within 2-7 working days of placing the order.  Provinces or remote deliveries may take longer.  Your patience is appreciated if delivery problems occur.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Mastercard and Visa.  All payments are secure.

Can I have my parcel gift wrapped or a card included?

Yes. Please email us as soon as your order is placed with any special details and we will do our best to accommodate.

What happens if I need my delivery urgently? 

If you need your order before a certain date contact us to confirm exact delivery times.

What if I would like a refund? 

We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods for some reason.  Please send the products to “JNV Marketing, Barangay Ipil 1, Public Market, Palompon, Leyte 6538” and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged.  We do not cover return shipping costs.

What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?

Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order.  If you think the address may not be correct, do email us immediately and we will do our best to assist. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will issue a refund less shipping and handling costs.

What if I would like to exchange for a different product?

We will happily exchange your order for something else.  Please send the products to JNV Marketing, Barangay Ipil 1, Public Market, Palompon, Leyte 6538 and let us know via email what you would like instead.  Products must be unused and returned to us undamaged. We do not cover the additional shipping costs.
